"The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We are planning to relocate to Florida, and the information we received from the staff was extremely helpful. The location is great -- very near the historic downtown area of St. Augustine, quite close to a large complex of outlet malls and convenient to all major roadways as well as the Jacksonville airport. They serve a nice breakfast, bake cookies every night and have coffee, fruit and juice available at all times."

"We were traveling through to go visit family and decided to stop due to a rainstorm. Also due to the storm a lot of people were also pulling off the highway. The lobby was a little busy but Jason assured us he would be right with us, and he was. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of different choices. With the location being so close to I 95 we are sure this might be a stopover for us on the several trips a year we make up north to visit our grandkids"
